We read Whistle for Willie by Ezra Jack Keats this week. The kids were good at remembering many details of Keats’ life that were part of our lesson last week. A class of great listeners and thinkers!
We looked at Keats’ illustrations, especially how he depicted the way a stoplight would look to Peter when he was dizzy.
We we did a little spinning of our own, and then created our own “Dizzy Stoplights”. Check your kid’s backpack for the finished product.
There is no homework for Dolphin Swimmers.
