ODE Academy is taking enrollment now for the upcoming school year. There will be both in-person classes and a join-by-Zoom option.
We offer 16 classes including Chemistry, World Geography, Writing and Composition, Philosophy, Spanish, and Illinois History. We also offer AP courses including, AP Human Geography, AP Literature, and AP European History.
Wherever you are in the world, you are welcome to join these classes. If we are unable to meet in person, then all students will participate via Zoom. If we are able to meet in person, then those who do not reside in Chicago can continue to join the class by Zoom.
Virtual students will benefit from all of our online materials and weekly lectures. Teachers will be available for students to communicate with and receive feedback on their work throughout the week. They will also be included in class discussions and the community that is built through the classroom experience. Virtual students also benefit from a significant decrease in tuition costs.
If we are able to have in-person ODE classes, we will only be able to accept 10 to 12 students in each class. If the circumstances prohibit any students from meeting, all students will have the option of enrolling virtually.
We have wonderful teachers who have prepared high-quality courses for our students this fall. We are making these great courses available for everyone whether virtually or in-person. ODE was started to support homeschooling families with select classes and community. Don’t miss out on a great school year!
